Jesus follows up His warning about being driven by wealth with a warning about coming reward and judgment.

His Sabbath healing continues to expose the Pharisees’ blindness. They are like Jannes and Jambres before Pharaoh. They are guilty because although they are blind, they claim they can see.

It was unavoidable! Eventually, we knew we would get to some hard-hitting Jesus teaching on judgment that we cannot avoid! And here it is!
