The church of Thyatira was doing a number of commendable things. They were in danger of imploding, however, by their unhealthy tolerance for false teaching and sin in the church. The minority of faithful believers are urged to persevere in that shifting sinful culture and are promised amazing rewards of leadership in the age to come.
