Back to normal this week - Church is back home after the weekend away ... but who's this Tamar person - she hardly seems like a 'normal' person, yet Jesus himself was descended from her. Tamar is the first ancestor of Jesus we'll be looking at in the run-up to the Christmas season and none of the others seem exactly 'normal' either - maybe each of them is more like you and me than seems possible at first glance!
