Increased demand along with continuing inventory shortages are leading to a continued increase in home values.  
I feel like we are getting a little bit repetitive here but in October we had more closed sales, more new pending sales, higher median prices, and more new listings compared to October 2019, according to Florida Realtors® latest housing data.
