Print sectors under analysis this month include digitally printed packaging, with the news of ePac’s record breaking order for Indigo presses, and we discuss the upcoming PKN+Print21 Amplify and Engage event, slated for 9 November in Melbourne, which will focus on the opportunities for brands and for print businesses in digitally printed packaging,
The duo then discuss the return of outdoor media, following the pandemic, along with the rise of new applications including mesh printing, and how the public response to unfettered asset deployment, particularly in cities, may impact its success. And on challenges for the industry, we note the closing of several print businesses, and the unstable sector of newspaper printing.
