With the “belief” we have fair law do we? Aside from the belief of criminals being charged differently based on color or creed lets look at based on political leanings… With Trump under the scope by the DOJ, and FBI has it been fair? 1st fact is this is a different DOJ then the one that investigated Hillary but they are the same. The fact that the POTUS nominates leadership in these organizations is a true failing of separation powers and duty. Can it be fair? Is it fair? Does it matter? What is the political future of un-balanced government look like?

A Rebellion in Education 👁🗨
With the concern ever growing of school safety and our youth how can we solve it? Is banning guns the answer not really… Instead maybe overhauling how we teach our kids and how the structure of the facilities known as schools are. I think making the schools smaller and allowing a more dynamic control of the process from beginning to end should be applied. Accountably or looking to what accounts for things? America is dying bread we gave up on loving the dream and helping thy neighbor we gave up on looking after each other we gave up on hoping for the good in people. Is there good? Prove it! With families being broken from every direction how do we heal how do we solve the drugs, the murders, the driving fatalities so much to solve and all of our answers are looking at the answer of the situation the dead bodies the broken families and we throw money at the problem in hops of fixing the problem that now occurred but ignoring the origins story of the problem. Rarely is it ever a first time and magically we have a casualty we almost always have pattern we choose to ignore or refuse to answer… is it money power or fear?

With the social climate of warriors on the rise and the inability and willingness to communicate or even attempt to communicate being a lost art so to speak who’s to blame? Ill cary my blame for being a stubborn youth but I will not carry the blame for my evolution as a person and as a man or hell even as an American. When the virtue signaling and the well I have come elevated arguments come in to play one must wonder is the person really elevated or standing on the backs of the youth? Can they look at the person they had been and be respected or would both be disgusted of the journey in life? Im not better than any one except for you! Hung Like a Jury
Congress’’s inaction is action both sides dangle “laws” but refuse to:
Talk about them
Debate them
Show us them
Take in to consideration 2nd and 3rd order effects
Look at long term implications
Look at the constitutionality of the law
The Supreme Court does not:
Write laws
Edit laws
Amend the constitution
Represent the people
AND…. In many cases add personal emotional opinion and not look at the legal Fram of the Constitution of the United States of America
So why is there such a magnifying glass on the SCOTUS on the “ruling” well possible “ruling” to overturn Roe V. Wade?
The lawmakers have failed for over 60 years to solidify or codify the opinion known as Roe v. Wade but some how its a select few people who sit on the highest court who have “ruined” this . I’m here to tell you this is as far from the truth as possible.

With the government always wanting to get bigger needs to eat more freedoms. With the growing thought that if your disagree with me that means its fake news and propaganda. How and why should we trust the government to tell us what’s real and not? Short…. We shouldn’t. When and what programs has the government ran effective? Healthcare, drugs, crime, transportation, energy… any of them? I don’t think so… lets take a dive on how this could be the worst abuse of power in modern time… if you agree we need this just remember the party you hate may be in power soon and how would you trust it?

The fiction of the silver linings in the clouds:
With yet another shooting in NY and a person we know a little about… where is the fault and who’s to blame? The shooter or the gunman or the planner or the attempted murder or the terrorist? Funny how we try to blame the rifle or video games or even marly Manson some times. In this episode we look at the aftermath the build up and every thing else I believe is playing into this… we have made criminals victims we have passed laws to stop people from doing things but also stopped (if we ever did to begin with) passing laws to hold people for the actions the commit accountable. We want to outlaw guns and prosecute those people but we allow robbery and other “crimes” Mayne we need to really look at the real criminals. Charles Manson convinced people to do things…. Our (your) pope (politicians) have played you and made you think they have the interest of the people in play but really its all special interest based on a voting block poll…

With the dynamic options and views held on two of Americas biggest controversial people Donald trump and Kanye how are they so similar in the “brand” and how they are exactly what we asked for in many ways rather by choice or by accident. Just like batman not the one you want but the one you need. With such a polarizing body of work (life) we must question both sides to really gain a perspective.
