This episode is a brief commentary on Bipolar Disorder which was inspired by the lyrics to the song Bye Bipolar on the grammy award winning singer Brandy's latest album B7. I will also reflect on the beautifully written memoir titled “ The Mother of Black Hollywood”, of the critically acclaimed actress and star of Black-ish, Jenifer Lewis. In light of  National Suicide Prevention month, its an honor to  amplify the voice of Dallas Quarterback  Dak Prescott for using his platform to demonstrate  transparency  and spread awareness regarding depression as he copes with his  brother's  recent death his  own mental health concerns.
