这节课开始我们学习新的系列~  我来说一个句子：

1）There are many words 有很多单词

2）in the English language 在英语语言中

3）that are easily confused

that 指代的是前面的(many) words

easily 容易地，轻易地，不费力地

*形容词 + 后缀-ly —> 副词

easy 容易的，轻易的 + ly —> easily 容易地，轻易地

再举个栗子：quick 快的，快速的 + ly —> quickly 快地，快/迅速地

后缀-ly 不只这一个用法，以前还学过：

week + ly —> weekly 每周的

month + ly —> monthly 每月的

a weekly/monthly meeting 每周／月例会

confused 形容词，混乱的，混淆的，不清楚的

confuse 动词，将……混同，将……混淆

*动词 + ed —> 形容词，表示做了这个动词的动作之后的状态

that are easily confused 把主语放进去 —> 

(many words) are easily confused 

（很多单词）容易混淆

easily confused 容易混淆的

这句里是当谓语，它也可以当定语：

easily confused words 容易混淆的单词 

There are many words in the English language that are easily confused.
