一般放在句子最后，偶尔会在主语后面，动词前面。

I need to go to the gym too. 我也需要去健身房。

A：I need to go to the gym. 我需要去健身房。 

B：Me too. 我也是。

A：Have a good weekend. 周末愉快。

B：You too. 你也是。

as well

口语常用，和too一样放在句子最后。写的时候用as well没有说的时候多。

比如，我去餐厅，先点了牛排：

I'll have steak please. 我要牛排。

然后，我还想再点个混合蔬菜（mixed vegetables），就可以说：

And I'll have the mixed vegetables as well. 我还要混合蔬菜。

also

写作的时候用的比口语中多。而且，also可以出现在句子里的前面、中间、最后。

我和同事在电话里讨论事情，但还没有结果，要结束时我说：

OK, I'll phone you next week and we can discuss it then. Also, we need to decide who will be going to Singapore.

好的，我下周给你打电话，到时候我们再讨论。此外，我们还要决定谁去新加坡。

I'm cold, and I'm also hungry and tired.

我很冷，而且又饿又累。

Also也能出现句子最后，就像too和as well，但是，在口语里通常用too和as well代替also，所以also在句尾的例子不是那么多，但它也可以。

否定句的“也”

如果前一句是否定，后一句跟着是相同否定，不用too, as well, also，而是用either。

I don't eat meat and my husband doesn't either.

我不吃肉，我丈夫也不吃。
