When the common narrative around food is dominated by one opinion from less than 50 years ago, maybe we should question that.

That's what several researchers and doctors are trying to do, but they keep getting blackballed. Why? Because then the industry as a whole would need to admit they were wrong... and they would lose trillions of dollars.

Humans aren't supposed to break down at the rate we are today. That's a new standard based on bad advice. Maybe listening to these dissenting voices isn't such a bad idea. I know it helped my health significantly.
