This was recorded two months ago prior to traveling to the USA, and as Kirra edited this, it was interesting to see how even some of her thoughts have shifted around the topic upon revisiting it in the last couple of days post-her travels. It further highlights how our opinions constantly shift when exposed to new experiences and upon reflection! This episode was a big step outside her comfort zone but one she is super proud of! Indigo is a Gold Coast-based pilates, yoga, and strength instructor. She has recently started her own social community group where she hopes to form a community to foster more open discussions like this one!

It’s been a hot minute, but despite the long break both of us needed, our podcast brains have still been in full swing and we cannot wait to sit down and record the many episodes we have brainstormed over last few months behind the scenes.
