The men pick up where they left off and continue the discussion of fights within the family, by talking about how they can potentially be resolved. The men talk also talk about how disputes among siblings are resolved, from the viewpoint of the sibling, and the viewpoint of the parent.

In this episode the men explore the dynamic of fights and disagreements that take place among family members, as opposed to friends or co-workers. The men discuss whether or not pride is the reason for the most severe family disputes, and they also discuss the consequences of fights within family.

Closing out this discussion the men talk conflict resolution and how a lot of conflicts arise from a lack of acceptance. They also talk about the importance of showing interest in someone and giving them respect. This discussion starts off by talking about how much a man should expect to make on a monthly basis and the factors that contribute to this expectation. The men discuss what amount of money makes a man a respectable earner particularly in the black community but in North American society at large, and the things that factor into this: such as being able to effectively provide for others. The discussion leads into money and how it factors in to maintaining a relationship or selecting a partner. And not to be left out, the group also discuss how having children factors into how much a man needs to make.
