All of three of us had a long week, but we pulled off another show. This was our hurricane show, but I am thankful none of us were harmed by it. This is is little impromptu which is always fun. We talk... the NCAA deciding to allow athletes to play sports in the fall without losing a year of eligibility, smaller football conferences are allowing their teams play a limited fall schedule, a shout out to our Number #1 fan, Earl Thomas, Budda Baker's contract, and MLB has made it roughly through their season. Plus, we learn someone doesn't love hockey that much.
We get into a plethora of topics this week... the pepperoni shortage in Murica, NHL reseeding (someone does not care for the NHL, whatever), Alex Smith is cleared to play. That is just in first 15 minutes. Further along, we discuss athlete rituals, is the SEC, ACC and Big 12 under more pressure to succeed since more conferences are bowing out of fall sports, SEC football schedule is always good, NFL signings this week... and we must pay some respect to DC and Stipe two great MMA fighters.
Listeners.....we go over our normal hour, but we had to discuss the cancellation of the football seasons by the Big 10 and Pac 12. We had to breakdown the AFC North where the cream of the crop is obviously the Ravens. Lastly, we said we would debate players who should and should not be in the NFL Hall of Fame. All of these discussions could have gone much longer, but we did not want our two listeners to get bored with us. Hahaha!!
We try to cover most of the major sports in this episode.....NFL player opt outs, UFC 252, Covid testing in MLB, NBA and NHL. We discuss the upcoming Big 12 season, and break down the NFC North. Come check us out and enjoy the show.
We all had a busy week so we did an impromptu show. No outline....we just discuss sports...and let the personalities shine. You will enjoy this show. Check it out!
