Welcome Darius Jennings (DJ) to the podcast. Darius is a Baltimore native who played Wide Receiver in the NFL for 7 seasons. He played for 6 teams, beginning his career as an undrafted rookie with the Cleveland Browns. His most notable run came with the Tennessee Titans.
Coming out of high school, Darius was a top recruit coming out of the Gilman School. He was an All-American and the Maryland Gatorade Player Of The Year. DJ and I have known each other since we were about 7 years old. He dealt with serious adversity along the way, but that did not phase him from having a successful career. I sit down and talk about his experiences, perspectives and he's got a story or two...or a hundred that involves life in and beyond the football world.
