Off the Bench

This was an awesome episode featuring Hanford legend and former Bulldog Amy Parrish. Don’t miss this one!

This is an episode that HAD to happen. The name Chris Stahowski or “house” has come up in so many episodes that we had to talk to the man himself. We absolutely loved this one, you might even call it an instant classic.

Demetrius Porter, Etoyah Montgomery, Meadow Rowland, and Alexis Swillis joined us to talk hoops on our Saturday show on 1430 ESPN.

Episode from our Saturday show on ESPN 1430 featuring Hoover AD Tim Carey. Don’t miss this one!

Really fun chat with Terry Tumey, the Fresno State Athletic Director. We got to chat about his past both on and off the field, and then got to chat about all things Bulldogs.

We were joined by Clovis East grad Kevin Bailey. It was great hearing all about his story. Make sure you’re following us on Instagram and Twitter at @PodOffTheBench

Fun episode featuring Fresno Christian athletic director Jon Penberthy and also 4 members of the Central Grizzlies defense. Jeremiah Shelton, Caleb Shelton, Ah’marion Gaines-Smith, Amarian Hunter.

We were joined by former Central Grizzly and UCLA Bruin Spencer Soo. So fun hearing about his journey from the CG days to becoming a walk on at UCLA. Don’t miss this one!

This is the first episode ever of Off the Bench the radio version on ESPN 1430. Recorded live at Fieldhouse restaurant. Huge thanks to Fresno Christian soccer coach Matt Markarian for joining us!

Another fun one this week featuring current Fresno State basketball player Jemarl Baker. Jemarl is a grad transfer who has spent time playing ball at both Kentucky and Arizona and he brings an interesting perspective having played for and against the best teams in the country.
