Welcome back, nerds. This week we step away from combat sports and grappling and pro wrestling and stuff that we rarely talking about anyway. This week's episode of the podcast, I had the privilege of doing a brief Q&A session with several female grapplers from various backgrounds and areas. I wanted to get an idea of how these individuals felt as they began training martial arts, what they experienced during their first competition, had they ever been in a fist fight,  and what advice they wish they'd had in the beginning.
