Ayana returns with episode 16 and wastes no time, kicking things off with a TikToker heading into the Congo Basin where literally everything is trying to kill him, and everyone is gearing up for the 4 week expedition. Get your permissions slips signed!  Then she opens the Docket with a WNBA semifinals update, because Atlanta and the Valkyries are leading and she has thoughts. From there it's Halle Berry and her son's alleged altercation, with Ayana hoping they get it all figured out because she loves Halle and that's just the truth. Next up is Da’Vinci and his ignorant comments about Black Americans being lazy while he's the focused one, and yes, Ayana is over the diaspora wars. The Docket closes on a rare win with a Donovan Mitchell interview that gives Black men some good PR, which is very hard to come by these days. In the What They Aren't Telling You segment, Ayana digs into what isn't being said about Caitlin Clark, the Fever organization, and the general manager's comments about the fan base, because enough is enough. Then in Off the Record, she gets into Yung Miami's new music and her resurgence after being cancelled for supporting Diddy, before slowing down for a short, heartfelt conversation about joy and grief showing up at the same time.

Ayana returns with another packed Docket, and she opens the Episode with a courtside collision involving A'ja Wilson so ridiculous that everyone is now legally encouraged to go watch it. From there, she gets into The Docket with the WNBA playoffs matchups, with extra attention on the ATL Dream and the Las Vegas Aces, because some of us have favorites and no shame about it. Next, she breaks down the latest in the Jay-Z lawsuit against Tony Buzbee, where a Jane Doe has filed a new declaration that changes the tune. Then it's the Love Island USA Season 7 breakup that Taylor and Clarke are somehow still litigating on social media. A Different World is also getting a sequel, and Ayana has not watched a second of it, but she has feelings and one very specific shout-out. In the What They Aren't Telling You segment, she takes on the Chadwick Boseman estate fight and proves once again that every estate battle is really just money and control in a nicer outfit. Ayana kicks off episode 014 fresh off a Denver Airport altercation that restored her faith in comedy if not humanity, then walks straight into The Docket with the Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, and Robert Kraft situation, because apparently standing on your principles now comes with a price tag and everyone involved is finding that out in real time. She moves through the Lioness season finale to give Taylor Sheridan his flowers as the TV genius he is, no spoilers this week, she is saving the chaos for next episode. From there she closes The Docket on Mitch McConnell and his obviously declining health, making the case for senate term limits because representing constituents is hard to do from a hospital bed. In the What They Aren't Telling You segment, she digs into Trump barring CNN, Politico, and MSNBC from the White House and why this is not just petty, it is a First Amendment problem, and not even his first attempt at one. She wraps things up Off the Record by dissecting two favorites off Jhené Aiko's new album Westside Whimsy and reminding every woman listening that the right man will never need you to shrink to make him shine.

Episode 012 opens with Ayana confessing to reading the back of a Benadryl box like it was a legal brief, only to find out the label is basically begging parents not to use it as a sleep aid for kids, so naturally she asks the only question that matters: are the parents okay?

Ayana’s back with WNBA All Star Weekend chaos.  On The Docket she sends condolences of a different kind to the Boseman family, now in court against Chadwick’s widow over an estate that still hasn’t been distributed nearly four years later.
