Happy New Year! With the start of 2022 we wanted to get vulnerable and raw about our physical health. We all want to live healthy lives, but it's also really hard at times. We want to be a positive voice in the world when it comes to talking about health and weight, and wanted to remind people that we are all so much more than our body and clothing size! BUT, before all that we have lots of fun talking about Katy Perry's new residency in Vegas, awesome quotes from Betty White (RIP), what we did over the holidays, and making possible merch??

Reminisce with us as we look back at what the year 2021 gave us. We personally experienced a lot of exciting moments, as well as a lot of growth. We even were blessed with some quality music this year. Tune in for the latest in celeb gossip, such as Bachelor drama (always), Ben Affleck biting his tongue (problematic), and which early 2000s banger of a song might be getting its own movie rendition next year (tentative excitement)! We are back from our trip to Disneyland! So, this episode we fill you in on all the magic, meltdowns, and memories made by taking our three kids to the parks. We also give our tips and tricks on how to conquer the parks and hopefully still maintain some sanity. Also - while we were gone - pop culture blew up! But, we also share what we did this past week, how to correctly pronounce gala, our thoughts on a classic Broadway show getting a movie, and the importance of brushing your teeth!

We get a little emotional on this episode while we talk about enrolling our oldest son into speech therapy and why being a parent can be really hard sometimes. But we also talk about what we did for Halloween, the downsides of grocery pickup, a recent Hollywood couple break-up, and what we think about Ed Sheeran's new album (hint: it's freaking phenomenal)!
