Today, Kevin attended the Club America Press Conference at their training facility in Mexico City.

Ricardo Pelaez, former Mexican International and now President and Technical Director of Club America gave us is feelings ahead of the ConcaChampions Final, his thoughts on the Montreal Impact, hist thoughts on the recent 4-0 destruction at the hand of Queretaro and Ronaldinho and he even gets angry at a journalist! ( I was told, me no habla espanol) No players were made available today by America because it is not in their habits to have players talk to press on a Tuesday!

Until later with sound from the Impact's practice, have a great futbol!

It was not easy, it was not pretty, but at the end of the day, the Montreal Impact are going to the Concacaf Champions League Final WITH home field advantage on top of it!

In a very hostile environment, the Impact were beat 4-2 on the night, but were able to eek out two away goals that were enough to propel them to this continent's highest club football stage possible!

To talk about this historical result, Kevin had Daniel Feuerstein of Feuerstein's Fire and together they dissected the game, talked about the refereeing in Concacaf or the lack there of, the rowdy crowds who were throwing everything ,shoes included in the direction of Evan Bush, hitting him many times with coins in the back of the head (which is a despicable behavior if you ask me) and the importance of this game in Montreal's history, in Quebec's soccer history and on its importance on a national level as well!

Until next time, have a great soccer!

Today, Kevin briefly reviewed the NE-IMFC game of last Saturday and talked about the devastating Cameron Porter injury. Kaka and Orlando City Soccer Club are making their first trip to Montréal to battle the Impact and to preview this home opener for IMFC, Kevin talked Christopher Kimball of Orlando Soccer Daily about the new MLS franchise and their beginning of the season. Plus another home opener is happenning before the IMFC-ORL game, the historical first game in the USL fo FC Montréal. The team coached by Phillippe Eullaffroy (also director of the academy) will make their season debut against 401 Derby rivals Toronto FC 2, or if you prefer, Torontwo FC this Saturday at 12:30 pm at the Big O! If you have a ticket for the MLS game, it is good for the USL game ! Kevin had the chance to talked to Jems Geffrard (defender for FCMTL) and Phillippe Eullaffroy after their last preseason game last week!

Until next time, have a great soccer!
