Mariah (or as I call her) Little Mariah Moonshine and I met on Instagram when one night I purchased her online Content Bootcamp. We quickly became friends and then I hired her to do my content marketing for a couple of months. She officially moved in with my ex-partner and I in December 2020 and the rest is history. We’ve formed a close bond in a short amount of time - She’s like my adopted daughter and soul sister all in one.

Mariah is wise beyond her years. 2021 for her was unlike anything. She went through a major Whipples operation after doctors discovered that she had 2 tumors on her pancreas and liver. Her mindset is unlike anyone I know. She’s an incredible soul, who will help you rethink the way you view health, wealth, mindset, and business.

Mariah started her own journey because she wanted to help entrepreneurs inform and educate with easy-to-understand content. She’s a great storyteller and anyone who knows her can tell you that.

From storytelling, she loves to share lessons, whether they are her own or someone else’s, to help build the knowledge of every individual.

In this episode I give you the brief version of my story. An introduction into who I am, what I do and what my current mission is. 

I will share some personal truths about how I never knew what I wanted to do with my life and often found myself envious of those people that seemed to have it all “figured out.” I always wanted to do more, see more, travel more, live in London, which I did! I often felt unfulfilled - Always looking for the next best thing.

Some truths that I mention; 

• In my mid to late 20’s, I spent every waking second at work, became self-destructive, and ignored my mind and body. I also ignored any signs that were telling me to slow down. 
• The day that everything changed for me, was when I realised that I didn’t know how to talk about myself without talking about what I did for work. What became apparent, was that what I did, started to become who I was as a person. I was almost entirely externally referenced. And all of my motivators were centred around work. 
• Work had become my identity.
