I am joined by teammates Brad "Richie" Richardson, Ryan "Rick" Reader, and Shayne "Slavs" Pluto to talk about hockey road trips and other fond hockey memories.

My guest today is 2x Ironman and 3x half Ironman finisher Karly Modolo.  Karly is a two time USAT national triathlon championships qualifier and 2018 World Championship qualifier.  Karly and I talk her triathlon journey, the adversities and struggles that she has overcome throughout her career, and her transition into running ultramarathons.

My guest today is Northern Michigan University goaltender Connor Ryckman.  Before transferring to Northern Michigan, Ryckman was an NCAA D3 Champion, first team All-American, and WIAC player of the year with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point hockey program.  Ryckman and I reminisce about our time together playing for the Wellington Dukes, talk about his successful college career, and discuss his plans for playing professionally in the future.

My guest today is pro goalie Andrew Best who plays for Ockelbo HC in Sweden.  Best is a former goalie for McKendree University where he won four conference championships.  Today we talk adjusting to life in Sweden, his upcoming season, and fond memories from his time at McKendree.

Victoria is in her final year at McKendree University where she is a member of the Women's NCAA swim team.  Victoria is also a talented writer and hosts a blog called "Views, from Vic" that you check out at www.viewsfromvic.com.
