* Failure to launch….. and in Anthem news: * the problem has seemingly extended to other games as well. EA has confirmed FIFA is "experiencing connectivity issues across all platforms" and we've seen examples of this on the Xbox One version of Battlefield V too. * – Connectivity Issues Resolved, Infinite Loading Screens Still Occurring * That being said…. The game looks beautiful! Very Mass Effect/little Destiny-ish like visuals, super bright colors, monsters and explosions are big a beautiful. * Anthem Follow The best way to sum up Anthem, BioWare's online third-person shooter, is to call it a cross between Mass Effect 3 and The Division. * Day 1 of the VIP Demo didn't go as planned. * Not enough evidence that screen time is harmful to children * I’ve seen ‘studies’ over the years on is this harmful is that harmful (games, too much TV, violent movies, etc.) and the something comes out that says the exact opposite. We all have kids, have you had to impose limits on ‘screen-time’’ ? * If you ask Google “polls is too much screen time bad for kids” - Everything seems to point to yes, too much ‘screen time’ is terrible.

* You ripped me off!!! (but that’s okay) Lawsuit over similarities between Fallout Shelter and Westworld game settled "amicably" Which means someone had to open their wallet.* Westworld game was released Summer 2018. Only on mobile at this point. This game looks sort of cool, but I’m not a mobile gamer. Please bring this to Xbox Gamespass!

Lessons Learned

(1) I was ready to move on from TWD and Rick’s departure sealed that for me. Life is short, too short. (2) I don’t need a game on release day if I’m not going to play it for awhile. No more. Adulting still sucks, there is an inverse relationship between age and time to play games, biggest thing I've learned is that naps are awesome, take naps  Need to have more distance towards people who don’t appreciate my time & play more games make more time for what you love , ignore ignorant people ,

Microsoft Xbox veteran Peter Zetterberg and Fatshark chairman Thomas Lindgren have partnered to create Wanderword, which is both the name of the studio and the studio's first project. "Wanderword is a platform for interactive audio-books that will empower storytellers to share their stories to active listeners around the world," said Zetterberg in a statement on the company's website.
