Where Rachel Atcheson goes, the world becomes a better place.  When she talks, people listen.  When she walks, people follow.  Currently 

 the Deputy Strategist for Brooklyn's Borough President Eric Adams, Rachel is a rock and roller.  In so many ways.  She is a leader, an activist and an advocate for health and wellness. She implemented the Meatless Monday programs throughout the NYC school system.  We are glad to have her stop in as a guest, despite her busy schedule.
