Our guest is Carl Danielsen. For Carl yoga is a way of life, and a gateway to good health and harmony. We discussed how different life become for Carl before vs during pandemic. He spoke about his project CREA, a Lower East Side creative space for actors, musicians, dancers, poets come in to hone their skills, to stay in shape between auditions, to collaborate and receive feedback.

The powerful duet live and dress with "GROWING OLD WITH VERVE " motto in mind . She talked to us about cultures and places that shaped her taste . Her optimism, compassion all creatures, strengthened by vegetarianism keep her in pristine condition . We enjoyed this conversation immensely.

In the loud and yelling world of metal and hardcore, Jesse Leach was able to preserve his personality, to carve himself a niche and got a reputation of a " melodic voice of metal ". We spoke how pandemic change his life, strengths he found in music to deal w depression, uncertainty crisis & social unrest brought. Jesse's energy and PMA assured us that his best songs and music are ahead of him.

Derrick spoke about time he started to be interested in music , time spent in NY . We have reflected on how technology and communication especially changed since he tried for the vacant position at his current band. He just sent the tape to Brazil by mail . Derrick shared how he become vegan and how it lead to the collaboration with bass player Tanya Callahan . That is how Highway To Health TV series started. Today we enjoy a company of Paul John Conroy. Here is a list of the journeys Mr. Conroy took part in : Artist manager A&R, Roadrunner Records, managing of of the most prominent metal band Lamb of God, partnership at Ferret Records, sports entertainment. And finally his current company Plus Foundry and its new iteration called Impact Real Life (“IRL”) is making a splash in helping companies build events that generate new revenue lines and create definitive brand extensions in real life.

Yuri spoke about the similarity and connection he found for himself in veganism, religion and boxing. Being an ordained Rabbi, Yuri was able to answer our questions about vegan roots of judaism. He also acknowledged that becoming fully vegan allowed him to rehabilitate his body from some of the injuries he sustained over the course of his carrier in professional boxing and allowed him to come back to the ring again. He is training regularly and expects fighting soon

Tanya shared how her love to animals brought her to veganism and years of volunteering at animals shelters. She also patiently studied bass guitar and played in myriad of bands. Today she tours internationally with renown entertainers like Dee Snider, Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones, Steven Adler of Guns and Roses and etc. And since the last years she is a co host of a "Highway to Health" video series project that she leads with Derrick Green, a vocalist of a legendary band Sepultura .
