Being an ordained Rabbi, Yuri was able to answer our questions about vegan roots of judaism. He also acknowledged that becoming fully vegan allowed him to rehabilitate his body from some of the injuries he sustained over the course of his carrier in professional boxing and allowed him to come back to the ring again.
