Dr.Will Bulsiewicz aka Dr.B spoke to Eddie and Vlad about the reasons he wrote "Fiber Fueled". Dr. B shared he is hopeful that a person, who does not know much about vegan food to pick his book and when he or she is done with it , they have a clear idea what plant based lifestyle would help them to accomplish. Dr's Bulsiewicz talked about his own honest and realistic opinion and evaluation of a " state of conventional gastroenterology that traditional doctors practice " and reasons behind it.

Doyle shared how over the years he tailored his lifestyle to warrant the ultimate performance when he is on a tour or working long hours in a studio.He acknowledged that plant based diet and exercising play an essential

Rachel shared with us how the office she works for under the leadership of Borough President Mr. Adams actively assists population during the COVID 19 . She acknowledge that research and practical observations of hospital's first responders confirm that some of the comorbidities and complications for patients who have corona virus are diet related. Deficits and systems inefficiencies and in some cases failures showed what needs to be addressed: nutrition education on a state level .

Today our guests are Caryn Hartglass and Gary De Mattei from Responsible Eating and Living. Caryn shared how plant based lifestyle helped her to overcome terminal illness. In 2010, she jumped at the opportunity to compete at a Peak Death Race - a race of unknown length and unknown tasks, lasting from approximately one to three days. After becoming the overall champion 18 hours after her first Death Race, Stefanie went on to complete three more Death Races, lasting up to 65 hours in length, becoming the female champion twice and finishing in the top 10.

Their goal always was :helping vegan restaurants and businesses to highlight their best food and products.
