In John chapter 11, Jesus bring Lazarus back from the dead.  There is only one thing that matters in life for all people and His name is Jesus.  Listen in as we continue to learn how Jesus was no ordinary man.

Drawing with a blindfold on is like walking through life in darkness. We need the light that is Jesus: he reveals God, allows work, and reclaims the unclean.

The truth is that we are saved by Grace, and the Father will draw more near to us as we lean into him ...Jesus said “whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” John 6:35. Don’t focus on things of this earth that can “spoil” or let you down, but keep your heart fixed on the one who never will.

For a few weeks we have looked at what it means for sin to change the way we look at sin.  The deception of believing that something bad is good.  This week we will change the perspective.  Jesus is the lens through which God looks at us.  We can be made new through Him.  Listen in as we see hope for our sin through Christ.

Do not become so focused on what is happening to you that you miss what God is doing in you.

Week 1, FILTERS: Temptation is never what it seems. Even though it may bring you short-term gain, sin will ultimately leave you empty and full of regret. — “There is no one who will tell you they regret submitting to the Word of God.”

Forgiveness is one of those things we all like for ourselves, but aren’t always as keen to extend to someone else. As we look at Matthew 18 we see that forgiveness carries a burden for the forgiver, the forgiven, and the unforgiven. As difficult as that can be to carry, we are reminded that Jesus Christ first carried the burden for us on the cross.
