In this week's episode, Kris and Katie dive into relationships, of course talking about both friendships and boys. We talk about what makes a toxic friendship as well as share our experiences with these types of relationships too. As we go over the different types of relationships, we also talk about what makes one healthy, and give tips on how to maintain a socially healthy and happy bond with other people.     

Almost all girls with periods face this--period pain. Whether it be cramps or mood swings, we are definitely not the most fun people to be around during that time of the month. Kris and Katie talk about their experiences with their period, from the first day they got it to how they changed their lifestyle ever since (including LOTS of period horror stories). This episode is open to everyone (even those who don't have periods!) since it also covers how others should act around a girl on her period (hint to the men out there).

As high schoolers, we inevitably end up thinking about what college we want to go to, and who we want to become. But there are some huge challenges that come with college decisions--we are oftentimes pressured by our surroundings, and become confused and feel very alone. Kris and Katie talk about what it feels like first hand, and the different types of pressure they feel from peers and parents. Remember: you are never alone with the problems you face!
