Healing may be a strong word, but knowing that you HAVE to take care of yourself in your love language is an important conversation and something that I felt it took me too long to learn. If you are expecting people to love you in your love language than why are you not expecting it from yourself? Treat yourself how you want to be treated by others - and watch yourself become happier, more self aware, and more open to being loved by others.

I usually only talk to y'all on my good days, but what are the good days without the bad ones? You can't have good without bad - and although we all wish that we could just have a life full of good days - I am sure we would all look for the bad in at least one of them.

When I originally launched this podcasts I bumped from day to day until I finally just stopped posting frequently. That being said - Tuesdays have always been a vibe, and something that I love about a Tuesday is that we eat something that comforts us, a full blown skincare routine, and everything shower, and a large glass of wine. That is the perfect Tuesday - and listening to me ramble about random effing things lol.

We all get that feeling, but what if we change the perspective? Let's talk about it.

Well... that was fast... and I am sure I was not the only one that walked into this year less than ready for it. Let's take a walk down the valleys of my brain, tough conversations that have already been had, and how I am setting manageable goals for 2024.

Imposter syndrome is something that I talk about frequently, and it is not because I am immune to it. In this episode, I flip the script just a touch - rather than talking about how to combat a syndrome that is destined to bother the living everything outta you - let's talk about how to attract the shit we actually want and a majority of that is just disagreeing with just about everything your brain tells you. 

Now now, I am not saying that you need to become a part of the Catholic church or anything like that, but I am saying that you have to know that you aren't ever really alone in this thing called life. Although you are scared, and every step you take is quite frightening - know that you are never alone, and it is all apart of a master plan. Roll with the punches and you will be happier than ever (cue Billie Eilish)
