April is Stress Awareness Month here in Canada, so we wanted to chat mom stress, the  almost universal experience of stress that comes along with being a mother. In today's episode we discuss things we find stressful as mothers, social and structural challenges that make tackling stress difficult, and finally strategies for dealing with stress in our lives.
