Why do we let the number on the scale determine our self worth? Lots of times this is referred to as "scale fail." We let that number say if we are failing or succeeding when actually we may see a change in our measurements. If you are trying to loose "marshmallow" as Joanne calls excess weight, she encourages you to get baseline measurements and consider food intolerances. Those food intolerances can lead to inflammation. If you see overnight weight gain changes are it's inflammation and not actual fat gain. Joanne has so much great knowledge to share with you all!
