We call it falling in love, but for these two love birds they ran into love. Clare met Dave through a mutual friend, then after years of dating Clare returned from a run to Dave on one knee...and yes I would walk 500 miles is definitely playing in our heads right now! 

Currently Clare is in the planning process and Hayley is helping her find vendors who align with her vision for the day, as well as helping with all those little details.

Today we chat with Bella, recent bride and social sales and events manager for At the Beep. Her day was full of every dream she had ever had, but better yet it was also all recorded on a vintage phone. Now, for some in our audience this will be a foreign concept having grown up in an age of mobile phones, but we can both still clearly see the old round dial, spinning it to the right number, then repeating till the phone number was complete. It's hard when you choose to live away from family and even harder when planning the wedding of your dreams. A mix of distance and covid finally saw this couple choose to ditch their current venue in Melbourne to fly to Port Douglas for a destination wedding! With the new location set, they started working on a day that felt unique to them in every way!

The last few years have thrown their fair share of hurdles our way, but this conversation sheds light on the beauty of changing plans. When one plan isn't flowing there is just no point in pursuing it, instead, Shari confides that by changing their venue so much stress was alleviated.

We are so grateful for this episode because it has opened up a much bigger conversation around decisions. Just because a choice feels right at the time, you do have the power to alter this at a later date to better suit your circumstances.
