Jason DaWayne Smith- a father, a wonderful human, an advocate, a resource to many, a supporter and absolute leader. (DISCLAIMER: Jason is a close friend and I couldn't agree more w/ this statement!)

Lizette Williams- a glacier in the industry, a mom, and able to juggle so much

Jay-Z- career trajectory, climb, and hunger (on a public mentorship level)
