In 2010, our founder Robert Lupton started his journey into the shrimp hobby. Over the course of the next couple years, his passion grew. Robert grew his hobby from having ten aquariums throughout his house into having over 250 aquariums in a breeding facility. 

Currently, Flip Aquatics is one of the largest shrimp focused business in the United States. We have achieved this by promising to provide healthy animals to our customers. The health of our animals is our main focus followed up by our customers who are also extremely important to us. 

As a company, we have near doubled in size through 2016 and into 2017. We expanding our facility to house more aquariums and to allow us to import in a way that will reduce stress on the animals. As the first shrimp importer to quarantine for 30 days, we strive to remain the leader in the shrimp hobby by continuing to improve the health of our animals and the quality of all the products we sell.
