Die Vorstellung scheint utopisch, wir könnten das Los bestimmen lassen, wer Bundesrat, Richter, CEO oder auch Bischof wird. Und doch setzen sich renommierte Wirtschaftswissenschaftler für die Wiederbelebung dieser alten Wahlmethode ein und behaupten, das Losverfahren habe viel mit Rationalität und fast gar nichts mit Glücksspiel zu tun.
