A new week means the boys are back with a fresh episode of the Real Life Podcast to help you get your new week started and make sense of the world around us. In today’s episode, the guys talked about the Oilers' struggles against Winnipeg, Jay recapped his trip to Toronto and welcomed Nic Sulsky from PointsBet Canada to talk about some cool new promos they're running.

To kick off today's podcast, the guys got started with some Oilers talk after the boys dropped their game against the Jets on Tuesday night, which was one of the most disappointing games they've played lately. After a brutal start and an ugly goal to get things going, the Oilers are going to need a much better effort from everyone involved if they're going to respond the way we expect from them. Next up, Jay recapped his trip to Toronto and told the story about how he ended up missing a trip to the Hockey Hall of Fame because of a wardrobe malfunction for a lack of a better term. As you'll hear, the reason Jay didn't end up at the HHOF ceremony is an adventure that probably could have been avoided, but the fact that it wasn't was endlessly entertaining. From there, the guys were joined by Nic Sulsky from PointsBet Canada to talk about all things sports betting, what's the come in the betting space in our country, Star Trek, and anything else that came to mind.
