Are they still all up in your business, making decisions for you - or do they feel distant and unengaged? Whether you have a great or strained relationship with your parents, come find out why we need to be independent but still honor, serve, care for, and love them well.

  • What are some frustrations that you currently have with your parents?
  • What do you think are the frustrations they might have  with you?

  • What are ways you’ve experienced either yourself or others act more like a child needing a parent rather than an adult living independently?
  • How do you think these clarifying conversations with your parents will benefit your relationship with them?
  • In what ways have you felt pressure from your parents to take a certain path in life?
