This year has been a little unpredictable, but I’m learning how important it is to appreciate the good days and make the most of them. I’ve been focusing on what I can control, building better habits, and finding my way back to living my best life.
So if life hasn’t been going quite how you planned, tune in this week! We’re figuring things out, taking it one day at a time, and getting back to feeling like ourselves again.

Another half marathon is officially in the books! But this one was a little different. It was the Nike After Dark HM!!!! I wasn’t as mentally or physically prepared as I wanted to be, but I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I didn't want to miss. And let’s just say, this race taught me a few things!
Tune in this week as I share how the race went, what I learned, what I would do differently, and what’s next on my running journey!

Do you ever have those little pet peeves that instantly drive you crazy? The kind of things that make you stop and think, “Why does this annoy me so much?!”
Lately, I’ve been thinking about some of my own pet peeves and the things other people do that get under my skin. Sometimes, you just need to get it off your chest and have a little laugh about it.
So if you have a few pet peeves of your own, tune in this week! Let’s get them off our chests and remember not to take life so seriously.

Just moved to a new city? Feeling a little nervous, excited, and maybe wondering how you’re going to make it feel like home?
One of my favorite times in life was moving to San Francisco for college. I got to meet new friends, explore a new city, and slowly build a life that felt like my own. Looking back, it’s crazy how quickly that time went by and lately, I’ve been feeling especially nostalgic for it.
Moving somewhere new can be scary, but it can also be the beginning of such an exciting chapter. So if you’re starting over in a new city, tune in this week as I look back on how a new place eventually became home.

Why is it so hard to ask your friends to pay you back? I’ll do almost anything to avoid that awkward conversation… but at the same time, I would really like my money back.
Money and friendships can be tricky, especially when you don’t want to make things uncomfortable. But over the years, I’ve learned a lot about who I can trust to pay me back and who I probably shouldn’t be lending money to in the first place.
So if you’ve ever had to awkwardly chase a friend for money they owe you, tune in this week.

How is it already the last quarter of the year?! October showed up way too quickly.
I’ve been thinking about everything I’ve accomplished so far this year and what I still want to accomplish before the year ends. But I’m realizing that the goal isn’t to rush through these last few months trying to be “perfect.”
Instead, let’s use these next three months to focus on what actually works for us, get back into our routines, and work toward our goals without putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves.
So let’s make the most of the last quarter of the year at our own pace.

Lately, life has felt like it’s been on cruise control. I’ve just been going through the day-to-day, doing what needs to get done, without really feeling like myself.
Now, I’m ready to put in the effort to get back on track and start feeling stronger mentally and physically. It’s still early days, but I’m learning that sometimes getting your life back doesn’t mean changing everything. It just means starting to show up for yourself again.
So if you’ve been feeling a little off track and want to start feeling like yourself again, tune in this week.

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly in fight-or-flight mode? Like you wake up and immediately feel like the world is ending?
Well, welcome to the club. I’m constantly feeling like everything is a problem that needs to be fixed right now or else I’m doomed. And honestly, it’s a cycle I’m trying to break.
Because the reality is, not everything is an emergency. Some things can wait. Not every problem needs your immediate attention, and you don’t have to live like everything is on fire.
So if you struggle with this too, tune in this week as I talk about learning to slow down, take a breath, and remind myself that everything is going to be okay.

Do you remember how easy it was to make friends when we were younger? You saw your friends every day, made plans without thinking twice, and didn’t have to schedule something months in advance.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much harder friendship can feel as an adult balancing work, routines, responsibilities, and trying to actually make time for the people we care about.
In this episode, I’m talking about missing those simpler friendships, feeling a little lonely, and learning how to be more intentional about making time for the people who matter.

Life lately has been… not the vibe. I’m out here trying to do my best, build the life I want, and keep moving forward, but underneath all of that, I’ve been feeling really lonely.
Sometimes it feels like no one really knows what’s going on in your life or understands what’s happening inside your head. And even when you know these feelings are probably temporary, you still wish you had someone who would simply check in, look out for you, and just get it.
I don’t necessarily need someone to fix anything. I just want someone to look at me and understand what’s going on in my head without me having to explain every little thing.
In this episode, I’m opening up about loneliness, feeling unseen, and what it’s like when you’re surrounded by people but still feel like no one truly understands you. So if you’ve been feeling alone lately, this episode is for you.
Because even when it feels like no one gets you, you are not alone.
