A few interesting facts about diversity in Springfield from the 2020 Community Research Report:
92% of respondents have experienced an incident of hostility or discrimination based on the basis of their race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
49% of respondents say that the lack of diversity and inclusion are what they like least about Springfield.
44% of respondents don't see themselves living in Springfield 5 years from now.
38% of respondents would recommend Springfield to other professionals as a place to live and pursue a career.
