We cop to unapologetically admiring Gwyneth Paltrow and being slightly obsessed with Isabella Rosellini (if you are not frankly I don´t know where you have been) and we allow ourselves to indulge in some creative manifesting for our futures.

We also dive into the brain chemistry behind manifestation and what it means to us to "age gracefully" and why it feels slightly revolutionary these days to not inject anything into our faces. It becomes clear what´s happening to my face at age 40 is low key torturing me inside. YIKES. I also wonder what´s up with the "all natural" girlies who get botox and breast implants and land on we are all contradictions and we just hope you´re having a nice time.
