I'm not a fan of New Year's resolutions or manifesting, so this year I'm setting intentions with how I want to improve on myself and accomplish in 2022. After a recap and reflection of 2021, I'm ready to take on 2022 and what it can offer me. :)

Hi friendsss I'm back :) I just finished my freshman year and am back home so I felt like it was a good time to do some reflecting on how this year went and maybe give y'all some insight/advice. My friend Kylie (goes to UNT) and I talk about college academics schedules, meeting new people and finding your friend group, and adjusting to college life! Back with another episode friends! Today I have my friend Sean with me and we're playing a (non-alcoholic) game of truth or drink. 10 questions each, 2 outs each. We both definitely got to know each other better and had fun talking about things we normally don't... lol enjoy! 

Happy Valentines Day friends! Today I've got my good from Ben on the podcast talking about his identity as a Jew and our opinions on being a minority in high school, fitting in and our thoughts on religion. Kind of a deep episode but I absolutely love getting to know my college friends more! I also want to start a new "segment"? at the end of my podcasts where I read my guest's horoscope and have them evaluate how accurate it is to their personalities... any ideas for a catchy segment title? Starting the episode off strong, my roommate Jahnavi and I talk about how we learned about sex despite the lack of discussion about sexuality in our cultures and how we choose to go about our sex lives. One thing I love about mine and Jahnavi's friendship is that we are very open people and we willingly talk about so many topics that we maybe can't with other friends. 

Today's podcast guest is my (new-ish) college friend Alayna. We became quick friends because like you'll hear about this episode, we share a lot of the same opinions and even experiences. As new college students, we both have experimented with online dating and multiple dating platforms. We both also haven't been in a relationship in a long time and reflect on how our not-so-great past relationships have affected us today.

We've shared so much of our high school experience together and seen each other through all our ups and downs as people extremely involved in our respective high school organizations and our experience with our leadership positions. We look back on how different high school organizations work compared to how we do the same activities in college now. Arianna also has a podcast on Spotify - Vibin' and Thrivin' with Arianna Parks - in which we talk about our failures that have changed how we deal with rejections and loss, specifically in the college admissions process.
