This is episode one of a three-episode series with Michael Hagen, Sensei. Michel began his martial arts training in Taekwon Do in his home state of Alaska. In his university days he was able to travel to Japan and he of course kept training. This was his introduction to Shito-Ryu. Many years later he hasn’t looked back.
