We have a truly inspirational first guest for season 3 of Moments of Clarity. Our guest Oksana Lemishka is a refugee from Ukraine who has had a huge change in her life thrust upon her by the Russian Invasion of her country.
Oksana is a University of Cambridge educated sociologist and a media and culture specialist who fled Kyiv on the first day of the invasion. Oksana tells her emotional story of fleeing to Germany and shares great insights into why Ukraine has shown such resilience, determination and even positivity whilst shining a light for democracy and freedom in the shadow of darkness.
Everyone has had lightbulb moments in their lives that leads to change. And life changing events is a very topical subject as we come out of the pandemic and the world is experiencing conflict.
This Emotional Intelligence Podcast has a simple premise that elicits some fascinating insights from guests. Every Wednesday I will be asking a special guest for the moments of clarity that contributed to changes in course in their life journey.
This season the podcast will feature global experts on emotions, change and leadership sharing real-life experiences on how they’ve used emotional intelligence to see the world, and themselves, more clearly.
