After the Book ‘Old Bloke Goes Running’ we now have more subjects to explore from an Old Bloke’s perspective. This first podcast looks at the reasons behind the book, gives a sample chapter from Audible and reveals the next book in production.

Old Bloke goes out to a rock gig in Glasgow and reminisces about times gone by. The way rock used to be when the Glasgow Apollo was still on the go. Drinking too much, falling asleep on the train and the obligatory curry on the way home. He fades out with himself playing guitar on a rock track penned in the dark ages.

Old Bloke takes a look at Kephalonia in Greece. The island, running there, the wildlife and the food. He takes a look at his holiday through the lens of that old bloke who always seems to say and do the wrong thing.
