This week the Old Cities, New Ways team brings to you one of the most unique aspects of the region: our language. The peculiarity of our “slang” is derived from the intertwined relationship between Spanish and English where the phrase “ay ay” is never missing.

Ivan Huerta, Founder and CEO of Parabeac, a tech start-up located right here in the Sun City. At 19, Ivan identified the bottlenecks in app development which led him to find the need for continuous innovation and design space in today’s ever changing world of technology.
