Guilt is something that every human encounters at some point in their lives and this is especially true for fathers. Guilt usually means wrongdoing has happened; often this wrongdoing for a father can be due to a perception of who they are and what they think they should be doing. Guilt isn't always necessarily bad. It means, as a dad, we have a sensitive conscience to what is happening and a sensitivity to what may need to change in our behavior or actions.
