Daniel and Ryan discuss the gospel narrative and reconciliation while kicking off 'Old Fashioned Theology' in the only way they could—with an Old Fashioned.
Pour Choice of the Week: Old Fashioned
Combine .25 oz. of turbanado/demerara syrup, two dashes of Angostura bitters, and 2 oz. of Wild Turkey 101 to a rocks glass.
Gently add large ice cube and stir.
Garnish with an orange twist, serve, and enjoy.
Inspiration for this receipe comes from one of Ryan's go-to YouTube channels for comedy and cocktails, How to Drink. This particular Old Fashioned recipe comes from the video where Greg (the guy who runs the channel) discusses "What is an Old Fashioned and where does it come from" (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLk67oMq8Og&t=873s — it's the very last Old Fashioned he makes and he explains why he's modified it the way he has).
