Mitch (Luke Wilson) has learned some interesting and startling news about his girlfriend Heidi (Juliette Lewis). Now, working his way through these revelations, he relocates and rents a house near a university. Mitch’s friends, Beanie (Vince Vaughn) and Frank (Will Ferrell), use this as an opportunity to make a party house to escape their adult lives.
