The year was 1989 & RnB scene was moving from the 80s Groove vibe to more street & club sound. Dance music was hugh in the late 80s & a big influence on the RnB scene. You must know the formula by now, the obvious Anthems, a few forgotton gems & maybe 1 or 2 your hearing for the first time.
