Can you believe it has been the end of another year with Namaste B$tches?! Where did 2023 go but through the roof excited we got to have a whole other year with all of you! The NB are back chatting about how they spent their Christmas. As joyful and fun as it is, this time of year also brings up a lot of memories. We grew up SO differently…Teresa from a family with parents together until the end where as Melissa’s parents were divorced and both remarried by the age of 6. It’s crazy how different their upbringing’s were yet share ways in which they parent and view the world. And coming together on differences in order to help others going thru similar things is what we are always most excited about. Having this podcast to share and help and be there for all of you cause we get it! It’s hard asking for help at times but we are always here to help you!

Then we dive into our past relationships, the good and the ugly and how it was meeting our current husbands as it brings us to realize that change is in fact good and coming out on the other side can make your life so much better!
